Our bungalows are ideally situated in a wooded glen which is full of birds and other wildlife, and just a 5 minute walk from the harbour where boat trips of all types are available, whether you prefer bird, seal and whale-watching, sea-angling or sailing, or pontoon berths are available for your own boat, and just a 10 minute walk to the golden sandy beach, which nestles beside
the challenging 9-hole golf course.
Visitors to Creag Mhor can enjoy many varied activities within easy reach, the most popular being some of the best hill-walking areas of Scotland, with the Torridon Mountains, and Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve to the south and Assynt to the north.
Other popular local attractions include the World Famous sub-tropical Inverewe Garden at Poolewe, countless unspoilt sandy beaches, loch and sea fishing, pony-trekking, and the award-winning Gairloch Heritage Museum, as well as many sports and fitness facilities available at Gairloch Leisure Centre, and the Poolewe indoor swimming pool, or if all this sounds too strenuous you can simply relax on your veranda and listen to the busy woodpeckers in the trees behind.
The bungalows are situated close enough to all local amenities, but secluded enough to enjoy privacy and tranquillity.
